Artist Statement

I never met a medium she didn't like. I am a curiosity-driven mixed media artist that enjoys the process of creating more so than the outcome. Childlike Wonder is my superpower and this helps me to look at materials/art supplies in a new and unique way. I'm giddy when my hands are covered in paint, delirious when creating texture with plastic, invigorated rummaging through bins of discarded treasures, and weirdly relaxed when hammering copper. I enjoy creating assemblages, jewelry, wall art and so much more. I began my creative journey on a whim and found myself along the way. A possibilitarian at heart, I believe that art is everywhere, we only have to LOOK for it.
